Rosemary Chicken Recipe

2 Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped

1/2 cup olive oil

2 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon juice

2 Tablespoon Balsamic vinegar (or Red wine Vinegar)

1 1/2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

2 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary (1 T. dried rosemary)

2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon fresh basil

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

4 chicken breast cut in 1/2

Combine all ingredients except chicken pieces.  Mix well. Place chicken pieces in a large plastic bag.  Pour marinade over chicken.  Seal bag.  Refrigerate for 2 or 3 hours.  Grill chicken until juices run clears.  Becarfull not to over cook.
